This project involved the proposed renovation of a living room within an older residence, with the aim of transforming the space into a refined and contemporary lounge while preserving the character of the home. The client’s brief was to modernize the interior, improve lighting and spatial flow, and create a comfortable yet elegant environment suitable for both everyday living and entertaining guests. The design needed to balance classic architectural elements with updated finishes and furnishings that would bring new life to the existing structure.
The final 3D render presents a cohesive vision for the renovated lounge, demonstrating how the older home can be transformed into a contemporary and inviting living space. By carefully balancing modern lighting, refined materials, and classic spatial proportions, the proposed design retains the dignity of the original home while introducing a fresh and elegant interior suited to modern living.
